Non-voting delegates from any council or unit are welcome with prior approval from First District PTA President Diane Hyland. Email Diane at to receive a courtesy seat.

Who should attend this meeting as a voting delegate?

  • First District PTA Officers
  • First District PTA Chairmen of Standing Committees
  • All Council Presidents
  • All Unit Presidents
  • One (1) delegate OR their alternate from each unit and council association (Delegate must be selected by the unit or council association prior to the District Association meeting)
  • All CAPTA and National PTA officers and chairmen residing in the district

Council PTA Presidents and Unit Presidents: If you are unable to attend this meeting, please have another officer from your Council or Unit attend in your place in order to assure that this meeting will meet quorum. Alternate attendees must RSVP themselves.

  • 2020 – 2021 Board roster input into PTAEZ
  • Council and Unit Mid-Year Audits (submit through via email or upload to PTAEZ Document Management)
  • Council Presidents’ Quarterly Report (submit to Diane Hyland via email at
  • Per capita membership dues
