We are so very excited to offer the next three workshops in the Youth Mental Health Awareness program!

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a one day 6-hour training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training will help you identify signs and symptoms in adolescences and encourage you to ask questions and not dismiss concerns as typical behaviors. For your convenience, we are offering three training dates:

March 26th (virtual)

April 15th (virtual)

April 22nd (in-person)

Registration is required through the link above. In a previous meeting we said that we were going to charge a refundable $25 for those in attendance. There will be NO CHARGE of any kind for these classes. We do ask that if you are unable to attend to please give as much notice as possible so that another person may benefit.
